1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Services
ForgeSphere Technologies provides web design and software development services. Project scope, pricing and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Quotes & payments
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Unless agreed otherwise, an advance is payable before work starts, with the balance due on delivery.
4. Intellectual property
On full payment, you own the source code and deliverables for your project. This website's own branding and content remain the property of ForgeSphere Technologies.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
A deposit is required to begin work and is non-refundable once development has started, as it reserves our time. For milestone-based projects, any pre-paid milestone that has not yet been started will be refunded within 7 business days of a written cancellation request. Completed and delivered work is non-refundable. To cancel, email forgespheretechnologies@gmail.com and we'll confirm the outstanding balance or refund due.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of deliverables beyond the agreed scope.
